Billy Miller, a daytime Emmy winner, died unexpectedly on September 15th, just two days shy of his 44th birthday. The cause of death for the Tulsa resident has not been revealed.
Miller began his career as a model before landing commercial roles and a cameo appearance on CSI: New York in 2006. His major break came in 2007 when he was cast as Richie Novak on All My Children for two years.
After that, he landed the role of Billy Abbott on The Young and the Restless, for which he received three Daytime Emmy nominations: two for Outstanding Supporting Actor and one for Outstanding Lead Actor.
The unexpected death of the great soap opera star has stunned and devastated his coworkers and admirers. Over the last 15 years, Miller has built an amazing acting career, becoming a daytime television favorite. He’ll be sorely missed.
